The next set of options includes three check boxes used to turn on and off the Special Effects that occur while using Alert!.
The Use sound check box turns on and off the sounds Alert! makes when it finishes a diagnosis or resolves problems. There may be situations where these might not be appropriate, especially when working in a room with several other people.
To reduce or increase the volume of the sounds, use the Sound Control Panel.
